Growing Regions
Freshco sources it's Blueberries from the Waikato and Northland regions, where the most fertile soil in New Zealand, allows our growers to produce some of highest quality Blueberries in the world, perfect for international export.
Availability
Blueberries are available from November through to April.
Specifications
Freshco branded blueberries are mainly sold into Australia. We have other specific brands which we use for other countries including Asia and the USA. The fruit is sourced from three innovative growers and their families: Alan and Jeanette Jordan (AJ’s Blueberries), Keith Matthews and Rob Field (Purunui Berries) and Dianne, Graham, Glen and John Beach (Beaches Blueberries), whom Freshco have been working with for many years.
