Welcome to the Freshco EIS (Export Information System) – your shop window to our operation.
Our EIS system allows you to securely track your shipments, containers, manifests, traceability records and associated documentation, as soon as it becomes available.
Through Freshco EIS we hope to bring a new era in fresh fruit export information to you and your organisation. Not only will we be increasing the speed of information transfer but also greatly enhancing transparency, providing you with live information and linking you directly to specific production sites and the individual growers of the produce you have sourced from us. Freshco EIS is web based and so is always available to you, helping to bring us closer to you, despite the distance or time zone differences.

A: All information is safely secured with a unique login and password combination for each user. This means that your information is safe from other customers, who can only see information that belongs to them.
Q: How can I get access to EIS?
A: Please contact Conway at Freshco on logins@freshco.co.nz and have the following details ready: Customer Name, Phone Number, Email Address,...... we will then issue you with an login and you are on your way to having information available at your finger tips!
