The Fresh Fruit Company of New Zealand(Freshco) grows, packs and exports a wide range of apple varieties right herein Hawkes Bay. We have grown both in New Zealand and internationally andis at an exciting phase with plans for major volume expansion in orcharding andpost-harvest.
We are excited to offer anoutstanding opportunity for a dedicated ground / maintenance person to join ourpackhouse team for a seasonal 7-month fixed term position. Reporting to our Shift Managers, you willplay a vital role in ensuring a clean and rubbish free environment as well aslooking after our small garden.
You will exhibit a keen eye forcleanliness and take pride in maintaining our grounds. Guaranteed 20 hours per week and flexibledays/time for the right person. Thisseasonal role offers the prospect of returning each year.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
· The ability to follow instructions and a strongwork ethic
· A positive attitude, teamwork skills
· A commitment to work the full season
