The Fresh Fruit Company of New Zealand (Freshco) grows, packs and exports a wide range of apple varieties right herein Hawkes Bay. We have grown both in New Zealand and internationally and is at an exciting phase with plans for major volume expansion in orcharding and post-harvest.
An exciting and rewarding opportunity has become available at Freshco! We are on the hunt for exceptional Team Leaders/Supervisors to join our Orchard Teams reporting to our Orchard Managers.
Our expectation is that you bring substantial leadership experience and a good understanding of the day to day tasks crucial for optimising our apple growth. Your capacity to embrace diverse cultures and prior experiences working with our RSE Teams in invaluable. During peak seasons your commitment will entail working 6 days a week.
As the successful candidate you will have:
· A minimum of 3-years’ experience in orchard operations
· Team Leadership experience
· Excellent Time Management skills
· Good communication, verbal and written.
· Current Full-Drivers Licence
